Very healthy plant. Well packaged. A+ purchase.

This is my second order for Holly Nellie R. Stevens. My first order was ten plants that arrived in separate boxes and with separate tracking numbers. The boxes were a little damaged, but the plants were OK. My second order included only three plants. Although I received the text that the plants were ready for pick-up, there was only one plant in one box with one tracking number. I ordered, and I was billed for three plants. I talked to the store associate, who told me he had to mark the order as being picked up (No place for any comments). I called the 877 number and talked to the rep ( who called the store ), and I honestly thought I had explained the problem and that they were working on mitigating the issue by sending me two additional plants. After one hour, I received an email that the order had been returned. (???) I am confused... I would like an explanation from someone telling me what is going on...

Plants arrived healthy and undamaged. I would order again.

I received these today 4/21/2023. I was concerned about what quality and size plants I would receive because I have ordered mail order plants from other internet sellers and even though those plants worked out ok, they were always extremely small. That's not the case with these plants I received from tractor supply today. These are full size plants like what you would normally find in garden centers. They were packed nicely and were very healthy leaves and stems. I'm very happy to buy plants in this way rather than have to drive around to garden centers week to week hoping to find what I was looking for, and most of the time coming home empty handed. I saved gas and time and got specifically what I was wanting, right from the convenience of my home. It's also nice being able to order the exact number you're looking for because sometimes even if you can find what you're looking for, sometimes they don't have the quantity you're looking for. I truly hope this ship-to-store plants becomes customary with all plant growers because there's several other plants I'm looking for that aren't listed on tractor supply but with gas prices what they are, I won't be driving around looking for them. I have uploaded some pictures of the plants I received today. Also, be sure to unpack your plants, water them and then leave them in a shady spot for a day or two before planting so that the plants can get acclimated to the bright light again since being in a box for a few days during shipping so you dont shock your plants.
