The Coolaroo Builder's Block Shade Fabric provides optimal privacy and screening for commercial and residential applications. Made with breathable, knitted HDPE fabric, this durable shade fabric allows heat and humidity to rise through while reducing temperatures. There are durable knitted eyelets along the top and bottom of the shade fabric to allow for easy installation with cable or zip ties. The material is very good and durable for windy days. It also helps avoid little leaves flying around from getting into your yard. Only down side is it’s a little see through.

Clean and professional look!

This is great even in high wind situations and holds up well. The mesh isn’t flimsy and is professional grade. The knit can handle a lot of tension and the heat reduction this provides is noticeable! Really important for us in the Texas heat. It’s nice that you can still feel the breeze flow through the mesh as well. It’s also simply to install, one person could do it easily.

This builders block is the best material. We had to replace our patio screens and loved the functionality of it. Black color looks great. I am very pleased with this product and will recommend to others. Setup was easy too. Highly recommend.
