This tow-behind drag harrow attaches to most tractors up to 35 HP, as well as ATVs, quad bikes, 4x4s and utility vehicles. Plus, it's crafted with durable steel for lasting use. Good value for a good harrow

I purchased this from TSC about 3 months ago. I have used it behind my UTV (Polaris Ranger) and my tractor, both of which are about 6 feet wide. My uses so far: break up manure in the pasture, harrow in seed after broadcasting, rake out dirt clods and smooth out plowed ground.
I recommend a heavy 4 inch steel pipe, 6' wide, to hook to the last row of the tines for even smoother surfaces, leveling and pounding meadow muffins that are stubborn to break up.
