Reviews

Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment Land Grader is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 47.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grader - good transaction Bought it when there was the 10% discount. Had freight company deliver to my house. It all worked out well. Ask for lift gate if you do not have a forklift. I simply pulled it off the lift gate using a chain and my tractor. Well worth the money. Fixed my driveway (about an 1/8 of a mile) in less than 30 minutes so will use this often to keep the driveway dressed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Land Grader It works great with gravel and stone but tends to clog on top soil and dirt.Eventually it does level the soil for the most part.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Not built of good materials, back straps bent first day of use grading a gravel road as described in its use. Should have bought the titan brand which is welded string instead of bolted together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I wish I found this sooner. So much easier than a box scraper. I maintain a mile of gravel road with 3/4 base. I did a few passes with the road sorta dry and it knocked down the middle but still hat ruts where we drive. After a decent rain, I hit the road again and it took it down to the ruts. So best to use when the road has some moisture in it. Not sure how long blades will last but impressed so far. I'm using a 41hp tractor.

I have a jd 1025r, I'm sure it can pull it but how well can it handle the weight. I don't want to be maxing out the tracker as I have a 3/4 mile driveway. Also do to make a small one.

Asked by: Jdworking
The John Deere 1025R is not compatible with this product. The 6ft is the only size the land grader is manufactured in.

I have a John Deere 3039R and my driveway is gravel/clay about 1/2 mile long would you recommend this product or looking at a box blade to fill in potholes and ruts. The road surface is somewhat compacted

Asked by: J Deere
For compacted surfaces a box blade would be recommended.
