Q: After mixing in hand held sprayer it's creating a milky substance and clogging up the pickup end of sprayer not allowing the liquid to pass thru the hose. What is causing this?

1 Answer
  • AI-generated, Human-approved
A: This issue can occur if the product is left in the sprayer, which can cause a layer of slimy gel to form at the bottom and clog the pump. To prevent this, it is recommended to avoid storing any mixed product in the sprayer and to add the concentrate after the water to prevent excessive foaming.

Q: safe to use around trees?

1 Answer
  • A: Thank you for your question. This product can be used around established trees when applied carefully. It is designed to kill weeds through contact with foliage and does not affect mature tree roots through the soil. However, care should be taken to avoid spraying green bark, leaves, or suckers, as direct contact can damage the tree.

Does not keep the weeds away

I’ve used several weed killers in the past and this ranks at the bottom of the list when it comes to effectiveness and longevity. I had to use double the suggested amount after the first attempt did not kill the weeds, then it took double the time to kill the normal weeds. Lastly, it only kills the weeds sprayed. It is not a long term solution that prevents other weeds from coming back in the same area. I normally spray the other product twice per year. This product needs to be sprayed twice per month. There is a reason it’s cheaper than the competition.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Waste of money

This stuff is trash! I’m almost certain our weeds grew better after I applied it! Anyone who gave this a good rating has obviously never used an effective weed killer! I used it twice 36 hours apart and the best it did was yellow a little grass, weeds, dandelions and burdocks it has ZERO EFFECT ON!

It kills faster in warm wet weather than in cool dry weather but in any condition it is going to take a few days. There is no need to spray it twice. It kills the roots and all. Think of it as starving the plant to death. farmworks
