Wonderful Investment

Bought this in November 2024 It served us well and kept us very warm. Our old pellet stove ate many more pellets than this machine does. Really enjoy having this 3 bag hopper only filled it every 3 days.

Horrid waste of my money

Bought this stove in Oct. of 2024. It stopped working in December and we had the motor replaced as the auger burnt it out. Two weeks later it stopped working again. The repair man stated that it's the auger and do to a design flaw it's going to keep breaking. Trying to send it back. Want my money back and I'm getting a hard time.

Worst stove i've bought

Have had this stove less than 3 months and so far nothing works properly. Within a few weeks the motherboard went out, the setting are wrong and have fought with the service techs several times. Got different setting and still not working. The pot overflows with pellets within a few hours of running and so we have to shut it down to clean it. it's brand new, so there is no blockage, the airflow is fine, and everything is set to their guidelines, and still won't work. Do not recommend. If I could return it, I would in a heartbeat.
