Haven't hooked up to see if it works, but delivery by UPS was a disaster. TSC hold times were insane, but every CS representatives was very kind and helpful. UPS busted the first unit and replacement was delivered much worse than the first one. Hoping it will work once installed.

Stove is far too small to heat 700 square feet, probably fine for 250 square ft. Stove is lined with firebrick, so heat only comes out of the glass front, not the sides as a wood Stove should do. It's cute though

Shipped in an excelent package. Everything arrived in good contiion. Much better than an a competing model that was just a cardboad box. This one was much stronger and banded together.
