I installed this pellet stove a couple weeks ago. I have a 20x30 room I’m using it to heat. I use the ECO 1 mode and the stove is very efficient. I would recommend this to others.

The Little Pellet Stove that could

This is the 2nd one of these Cleveland Pellet Stoves I have purchased. I've had my first one for three years and have mixed feelings about this stove. From other brands I've tried its the best of the worst small pellet stoves. Positives on this stove are
It can be started and stopped remotely
It puts out a good amount of heat for the size of the unit
Burn Rate of Pellets is acceptable
Easy to clean and maintain (Once you figure out the process)
Negitives
It can be finicky and the pellets jam in the auger
It's loud and rattles
Customer service DOES NOT EXIST, There is none that I can find.
It looks like they have discontinued this model
