Better than I expected

Honestly with all the reviews all over the map I didn't know what to expect with this unit,but it's made in the USA and I'm all about that these days. And... it showed up in less than a week at my local store, was packed solidly, and installed like a breeze. It connected with the app and wifi the FIRST time out of the gate. This alone get 5 stars. So many appliances and gadgets these days have sub standard Wifi implementations. Clearly this unit was NOT programmed in China- a good thing. The fresh air intake pipe had no clearance for the hose fitting but removing the back plate while installing the hose solved that. Overall, the unit is solid as a rock. Very HEAVY. I'm firing it up tomorrow for the first time so my newly refinished wood floors will cure properly. If I have any issues then, this review will absolutely be updated. But from what I've seen so far, I expect it will be fine. -Jeff

Ignitor died already

We purchased our new stove in December, and the ignitor has died. I have called the warranty inquiry number and left messages, I am at a loss on how to get this replaced. We still have some winter left and I really need my pellet stove!!

Bought brand new in Oct. Hasn't worked more than 2 days straight without major issues. Have spent more time on the phone with them and even used 4 days of vacation to stay home and deal with them on the phone to no avail. We have replaced the motherboard board 3 times and 6 sensors, some twice and still won't function correctly. A is point they are just stringing us along wasting money on replacing parts over and over. Don't buy it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
