Honestly with all the reviews all over the map I didn't know what to expect with this unit,but it's made in the USA and I'm all about that these days. And... it showed up in less than a week at my local store, was packed solidly, and installed like a breeze. It connected with the app and wifi the FIRST time out of the gate. This alone get 5 stars. So many appliances and gadgets these days have sub standard Wifi implementations. Clearly this unit was NOT programmed in China- a good thing. The fresh air intake pipe had no clearance for the hose fitting but removing the back plate while installing the hose solved that. Overall, the unit is solid as a rock. Very HEAVY. I'm firing it up tomorrow for the first time so my newly refinished wood floors will cure properly. If I have any issues then, this review will absolutely be updated. But from what I've seen so far, I expect it will be fine. -Jeff

Ignitor died already

We purchased our new stove in December, and the ignitor has died. I have called the warranty inquiry number and left messages, I am at a loss on how to get this replaced. We still have some winter left and I really need my pellet stove!!

Cleveland Iron Works Rocks!

I bought this unit for a 700 square foot open renovated space in my barn. It was easy to set up and cranks out the heat! It’s quieter than the Harman stove in our home (and half the cost). Lights up in 5 minutes, and gives a nice flame which looks great in the bay window. Definitely follow the instruction for first burn (windows open to ventilate as paint cures and oils birn off). Second burn will be normal. Very happy with this product.

Instructions are okay but not great. Could have used more information on startup and initial running. Wifi took a bit longer to connect than expected, works and can turn on remotely.
