Wouldnt recommend

Only came with a small amoumt of the stuff inside that actually cools when activated in water. Worse, after the stuff dries and sticks together, it feels like a rock between your head and the band.
No, I do not recommend this product.

For what it's supposed to do, it does a good job. It will give you a noticeable change in temperature during your work day. For some you dip in water for a few minutes, it sure puts a smile on your face feeling the chill!!! I would give this a 5 star rating but two things keep it from that. One is the velcro straps. It would be so much easier to have a one side with stitched in velcro and then a piece you could place on your band. The three loops it comes with are a little tough to mess with. Second, it doesn't stay as cool as I'd like. It wears off after about 20 minutes. It still cools you, somehow with science, but I'd like it to stay colder longer. Overall it has improved my day and mood! Good product.
