Will not order online from tractor supply again

Came as an item that had either be on the showroom floor or returned. All boxes were open and a couple parts missing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Overlander Premium Super Wide Body Gun Safe

Decent safe for the price. Came with a few scratches . Also missing the rack system that caught my eye in the first place. Called tractor supply customer service a couple of times. They tried to get in touch with cannon (which is a nightmare) to get me the missing parts. They finally gave up and told me I would have to chase down the parts from cannon myself. So far five calls into Cannon and no parts yet. Very disappointed in Tractor supply customer service.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Don’t buy the cannon safes… you will have problems

These safes are made extremely cheap and do not hold up. The shelf’s are made with cheap MDF and sag badly overtime. I had an issue with my keypad and cannon said they would not help with the issue and I would have to buy a new keypad. They also said it’s a 4 month wait for a keypad coming from overseas(china) and they are having issues getting them. How can you have confidence in a company that cannot back their product and leave you hanging with no options other than to cut the door off and walk away. Very disappointed in the company and the safe.
