Cannon quality isn’t what it used to be

For the price, the amount of storage space is excellent. However craftsmanship and quality leave a lot to be desired. Exterior coating is pretty poor, scratches very easy. Interior fabric lining on the walls/floor is very thin and could be glued down better. Vacuuming the brand new safe resulted in the corners being detached. I received the incorrect pieces for the storage border for the top of the safe so that was a bummer. The spoke wheel is very wobbly. Three of the four interior shelves are very bowed and not flat. One of the two backup keys for the safe is bent so much that it doesn’t even reach the keyhole behind the keypad. Door seal had to be glued back on immediately after unboxing. Packaging is extremely poor. Literally a cardboard box slid over the top of the safe, no wonder these have a bad rep for transport damage, I had to refuse the first safe they tried to load in the truck at tractor supply because I pulled the box off to inspect before leaving the store and there was a huge dent below the door from a forklift. If this safe wasn’t marked down $500 for the sale I most definitely would’ve returned it. I have a smaller Cannon safe I purchased about 8 years ago that is 10x nicer than this one. Cannon has gone downhill.

Do not buy safe from TSC they won’t deliver

Never received safe, ordered online and shipping company could not deliver because my paved 12 ft wide driveway was too long. The listing states “safe will be delivered ground level outside building. This is a lie. Trucking company stated they only do curb side. Spent approximately 2 and a half hours on hold trying to resolve. Still waiting for refund. Waited on hold for over a hour and then Customer support lied about contacting local store for support. Directed me to go to store and when I did the store had no record of that nor did they have access to the order despite what the customer support rep stated nor did they have access to the reference number the customer support person provided. After waiting another hour on hold another customer support person assured me my refund would be processed. After that I was sent email stating I needed to process return to get my refund. For safe I never received.
No, I do not recommend this product.
