The Buyers Products 2 in. Receiver 4-Position Adjustable Ball Mount is designed to make towing with different hitch heights easier and more convenient. These adjustable towing accessories provide multiple height positions to accommodate various trailer and coupler heights. 2 models offer 4 adjustable height positions for added versatility. The ball mounts are available with either a 2 in. tubular shank rated for up to 6,000 lb. or a solid shank rated for up to 10,000 lb. A third model features a 2 in. tubular shank with 3 adjustable positions and a 6,000 lb. capacity. Each mount is built with durable welded steel construction for dependable performance. A corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish provides added protection against the elements. Have a 2.5 inch receiver with the 2 inch spacer, way too much slop due to the tubular design, returned the product. Bought the next model up, rated for 10,000 lbs, a little more expensive, but significantly less slop/play. I feel safer as well towing. Would have rated less if it had the same slop/play in a traditional 2 inch receiver without adapter. Why put a round peg in a square hole?

Very loose fit in receiver. Also the vertical component was not properly aligned, so the hitch did not hang straight down. The adjustable section could no be secured by two pins because the pin holes did not align.
