I have a 20,000 sg ft lawn and had previously used the 15 gal Brinly sprayer. It takes about 20 gals to cover my lawn therefore requiring two tanks to fully spray the area. Having a single tank to fill makes it much easier and less time consuming. While it may seem only a small addition in time, I spray multiple times a season and overall the single tank design saves a lot more time overall. The sprayer is very well built. A large sprayer motor is almost twice the size of the 15 gal sprayer, and the tank is extremely heavy duty. The frame and hitch are also very strong. Overall, very well built built. The capacity marking are embedded in the molding of the tank so I had to them with a permanent marker see where the waterline was. The tank itself is very thick so I occasionally will shine a light inside the tank to help reveal where the fluid is. Having had the 15 gal I know that when storing for the winter I needed to remove the sprayer wand. Water stays in there and cracks the handle when it freezes. I’ve had to replace the wand the first year I had it. Two things I would like to see changed on this sprayer. I’d like to be able to stand it up on end in order to keep it in my sun cast storage shed. There isn’t a frame around the sprayer assembly like the 15 gal, only rods, and it won’t support the weight without some damage. For a home device, storage is a critical feature. In fact, I purchased the 15 gal first specifically because of this feature. Second, the hitch needs to fold down so that the full height of the sprayer can be limited to the tank and sprayer assembly. Removable pins could be used to make it easier the extend the hitch rather than bolts. Overall, I do like this sprayer and my experience with previous Brinly products makes this a good purchase.

This sprayer sucks. The pump quit working before 90 days and Tractor Supply would not make it good....They said their return policy was 30 days....All I wanted was to replace the pump I can understand that if you dont like it return it within 30 days but this was defective. I paid $500 for something that they would not make good..so much for Brinley and Tractor Supply.

After using the sprayer for a few weeks, I love the portability of it. Everything seems to be of good quality materials. Going from a backpack sprayer to this was a huge game changer on some of my larger weed control services for pre/post emergent. Usually spraying an acre or so of land would take an hour or 2 with a backpack. With this sprayer I cut that down to 30-40 minutes. It maneuvers well and the ability to switch from boom spraying for larger open areas to wand spraying around homes and harder to reach areas is fantastic. I dont have a lot of weed control services on the books, so for starting out I would recommend this sprayer to other small pest control owners and lawn care professionals alike!

Assembly took two hours from start to finish - quality of the sprayer is immediately obvious. I was able to put my own TeeJet sprayer tips on the booms, which is a really nice option. Unfortunately standard sprayer tips don’t fit the wand. However the wand does have an adjustable tip from the factory so you can adjust the spray pattern based on the application needs. The tank is nice and large for spraying high volume or large areas with a quality pump. Connecting to the battery of the lawn mower was easy. Tires are very nice and pulls easily behind your mower. This will absolutely save you time compared to backpack spraying. Highly recommend this quality sprayer!!
