The order was delivered to the local TSC and stored in a secure locker until I picked it up. the box was well packaged and my order was easy to pick up. The only hang up was literally trying to use the website in the first place.

The models themselves were made well but the way they were shipped caused damage. My order also didn't ship until a day before the day I was supposed to be able to pick them up so they were 5 days late.
