1st time trying Blues Hog. I make wings often and was looking for new wing sauces to try. Flavor is rather bland and the consistency is too runny for my taste. That being said, I am willing to try the other sauces they make.

Nice buttery like texture for a bit of a change up

It was very different from what I was expecting. It does have a very creamy, buttery texture that reminds me of the original buffalo wing sauce, but without that level of heat. I get some garlic in the flavors with some heat on the back end. I can see it being good on seafood, some vegetables and chicken. I'll definitely find uses for it, but for my palette its not a home run. To each their own.
