I purchased a right and left replacement, I wired the right and it works fine, I can't get the left side to work. The left side has an extra wire(white) not sure where it goes, I have the ground (white) attached

Asked by: shim
The white wire is ground and is usually grounded to the frame of the trailer. Make sure the ground point is clean and the connection is good. If the right side is working and the left side is not you can run a jumper wire from the left side ground to the right side, since you know that side is good, and ground it there.
