My grandson loves to cook. Best grill I’ve ever bought him! Easy to move. Cooks great! He loves cooking for the family and does a great job. Very safe to cook on.

Free assembly offered, but not done

Bought today because of the “free assembly and pick up at store”. Bought it, went to the store and was given a damaged box and the manager said, “well I heard it is not too hard to put together. That was the point of “free assembly”, I didn’t want to assemble it. No thanks. They didn’t offer me any options. Take it or leave it? I left it…….

Great product! but my handle to open the hood from grill is broke. Can I get a replacement? I've tried to fix it with some j b weld but it broke again lol

So I have run into a number of things setting up two of these grills for starters the Locking hinge is made out of a cheap material several of the screws holes don't line up & griddle latch was bent on both.
