Great cooker, well built I'm happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK to start with I wasn't sure about the cooker . But now that I have cooked on it a few times I love this thing . You have a hot spot in the middle when frying and then as you go out to the edges it gets cooler , which is good when cooking different things you can put the done meat to the edges to keep it warm .in the picture I included I cooked the family chicken , shrimp fried rice and it was great ... I am definitely pleased with the cooker and would recommend it for anyone who loves to cook..

I love that it folds for easy storage.. Thats A+ in my book! Price was good. Cooks really good in the middle. Once the meat is cooked you can move to the outer part which is not as hot of coarse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great option for traveling or camping. The large capacity meant I could easily cook a meal for 2 or 20. The shape of the pan takes some getting used to - the shape is intended to allow for different cooking temperatures, which actually works well, but for me it meant French toast instead of pancakes and scrambled eggs instead of fried since the surface isn't flat. It also posed a challenge during the seasoning process as the center tend to retain more oil than the edges. Overall, a solid choice for traveling, but I'll stick to my Blackstone when I'm at home. A few tips - 1) adjust the burner air flow control (or at least get used to it) before firing up. 2) use blue shop towels or cotton towels vs basic paper towels when seasoning. My bounty ones couldn't handle the heat and broke apart which complicated the seasoning process.
