Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 20 volts. Nominal voltage is 18 volts.

    Best 20v drill on the market

    I’ve had a couple of these for years now. I have 2 because I always seem to be loaning one out. I’ve had zero problems with them. The 20v is powerful enough to handle most jobs and is light in weight so an old guy like me can use it for a while. The batteries charge quickly and hold a charge for a long time. I’ve had and used other 40v name brand drills, I won’t say the names but they’re a lot more expensive, but for household DIYs I choose the B&D 20v.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Hand power to spare

    Had to replace my old black and decker cordless because the battery would always fall out. Got this baby. Boy it is so light in comparison and wow the power is outstanding. Plus it came with two batteries so I am always powered up no matter what. Plus it seems to be a lot lighter than my old one. I find it easier to get into tight places what a great tool to have.

    I have two of these. One is 7 years old other is 5 years old. We charge it once a year and use it for all of our house needs. It's still going on after all these years!. This is the best one to get if you are starting with drills. Cannot imagine our house without this drill. Served us through countless moves, furniture assemblies, anchoring screws, diy projects, carpentry work. Best drill we could have hoped for.
