DEWALT DCF850P1 20V Max Atomic Impact Driver-5Ah

Good price for a good product

I bought this about 4 months ago and it has done everything I have thrown at it like a dream, I even drove some 3 inch lag screws with good speed. The size has also been great, working as a scenic carpenter i often have to fit myself and my tools into small places and this alongside the right angle attachment have been a lifesaver! The only downside I’ve so far found is that the motor on the driver can get pretty hot at times, but isn’t noticeable unless you’re touching it.

I purchased this combo roughly a year ago to replace another Dewalt impact. Best decision I've ever made. It's very compact and can fit in tighter areas than the other one. The 5ah battery that comes in the combo will last a very long time before having to be recharged. The 3 LED lights are pretty bright and helps to light the work area. Whether you're using it as a drill, a screwdriver or a nut driver you'll notice a big difference in the 3 speed settings. The combo I bought had the DCB1102 charger. It takes a little longer to charge than on my other charger, but it being small and compact makes it easy to carry around in the included bag. The bag is just the right size to carry the Impact driver, the 5ah battery, the small charger and a couple sets of bits. All of my other 20v tools are XR. I definitely don't regret buying the Atomic Impact.

Great impact for all around use. Very versatile and lightweight.
