The batteries that come with it are junk and die within 20 minutes. And the charger is a joke for how long it takes to charge the batteries.

Bought this same set several, maybe 10 years ago for personal use: drywall, wood projects, etc. The batteries finally didn't hold much of a charge. So I bought this second identical set instead of just getting batteries, although if batteries were cheaper I might have gone that way Otherwise, 5 star. The original tools are still working after pretty much use at home and when working with others on their projects. Dependable, good value for me.

Great tools, power for drilling is strong, clutch gives great accuracy for tightening or driving screws. Impact driver makes driving screws quick. Batteries have good life and bag has plenty of space.

I haven't contacted the company yet, but the batteries won't charge. I've got other chargers and the batteries won't charge in those either. Nice set if the batteries would charge.
