Fire whoever thought this battery should be fired

This battery didn’t last a year, which is pathetic. Worse yet is the terminal design. You have to completely remove the screws that fasten the wires to the terminals. This would not be such a big deal if those screws went into captured nuts or the terminals themselves were threaded, but the nuts are lose and a near impossible to hold in place to rethread the screws to reinstall the battery. What is the matter with these people? It’s frustrating enough to have to replace a battery so soon, but grammar school level engineering design is too much.

Replacement battery

The original battery went bad within a year of purchase and was already two years old. The new battery is also two years old and I hope it lasts longer than the first one.
