Rust & corrosion within 3 weeks of purchase

Bought 2 of these cans (31 gal size) 3 weeks ago. Put 1 bag of feed in both of them. Feed at the bottom hardened & molded. Rust & corrosion is already forming at the bottom of the cans ON THE INSIDE. So disappointing when I purposely spent the extra money on these specific cans to avoid that.
No, I do not recommend this product.
