Coal furnace ash bucket replacement

Who knew! After measuring old ash bucket and doing some searching I found a Behrens 1 bushel to be a perfect size and fit for my coal furnace. No more worries about the bottom falling out!

Bucket leaks when used for water

I bought this bucket to replace another similar bucket I used for water for the deer and wild turkeys because some crazy free roaming cows crushed my water bucket after they drank it dry! I give this bucket only one star because it leaks at the crimped edge at the bottom of the bucket. I thought the bucket would work because one of the reviews I read said they used it for water. I returned and exchanged the bucket for another without crimped edges.

Great size, look, & quality for outdoor parties!

Bought 3 to use as open coolers for a yard party. Filled each with ice & refreshments. Worked very well for what we needed. They are not advertised for use with liquid, but so far these have worked really well. Not insulated so there is outside condensation, but for our purposes this was not a problem. Would buy them again, and just might before our next party.
