I bought a Cosmo 500 which is the same as the brands you see here. They are all made in Italy and do not stand up to regular use. Mine was used for about 2 hours total and I am shopping for parts now. Namely a new agitator. You most likely won't find parts where you bought yours so go to Agri Supply on line and find nearly any parts for these cheaply made fertilizer spreaders. If you use fertilizer in yours be sure to hose it out after use or before long it will be a pile of rust. I would recommend a plastic hopper because of that.

Great spreader. Large and poly cone.
People reviewed and said, “it only holds 150lbs of seed”. Clearly new to ag… different materials have different densities. It would hold 600lbs of sand, but probably 150lbs of seed.

This is a very well built spreader. The description needs to be updated. This only holds 150# of rye grass seed.
The pins that go on the lower tractor arms will not fit a cat 1 quick hitch. They are not spread out enough.

The spreader works great but it was mislabled it is really a 300Lb spreader. I did not figure this out until after I used it, I figured at that point they would not exchange it.
