Solid Gate not so solid handling

The gate is pretty solid but unfortunately due to its size it arrived at my local store severely damaged it had bent and torn center supports and dents all throughout the rails. I picked the best side of the gate and installed it facing the street, the manager at my store took some money off and once I took off all the useless bubble wrap I realized I should have declined excepting it.
