This stock tank came in good condition and where I haven’t checked for leaks yet, I’m pleased with it. After placing it where I’d prepared a 10’ flat space… I realized there was so much room at the edges of my flat plot. This brought me to measure the width and found it was just 9’ 2.5” all the way around. When calling about it, I was told they don’t come as an exact 10’ just like 2x4 doesn’t come as exact 2x4 anymore. Well, there’s a big price difference between the 8’ and the 10’ and being shorted 9.5” in diameter of steel really doesn’t sit right. They were all measuring that way. If it doesn’t matter to you then go for it, but I did not receive the 10’ stock tank advertised and purchased.

It’s 8’ NOT 10’!

This item is mis-marked! Tractor Supply price tag claims it is a 10’, but manufacturer’s label clearly states it is 8 feet! Unfortunately, we did not notice the discrepancy until we got it home and unloaded from the trailer. All 8’ stock tanks were labeled and priced as 10’! It was quite an ordeal to get my credit card refunded the overcharge!

Leaks

First tank they brought was damaged so i refused delivery. Got a refund and repurchased from a differant tractor supply. Tank arrived on time and in better condition. Tank is going to be used for a backyard pool. Leveled tank and filled it up only to find out it had several leaks. Drained tank and resealed all the seams. I love tractor supply but the 10 foot stock tank should have been leak proof. I should have returned it but i cut hole in the side for hookups on my pool pump.

Ordered online twice money was taken, order cancel

Ordered online to be delivered, order was transacted money was taken out. 5 minutes later i get an email that order was cancelled. I contacted customer service and they said the stock tank was damaged and they didn't have any more at that location. She put in a order for me at another location, order was transacted, 6 minutes later email, order cancelled. I call customer service to see what the problem was, that location had a damaged one as well. So I am out almost $2000 and I have not stock tank. I was not offered one to pick up, they did not attempt to call another store to get me another one delivered....just SORRY YOUR $2000 WILL BE REFUNDED IN 3-5 DAYS. I own a stock tank pool installation company, and this is HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY MORE STOCK TANKS FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY!!
