Poor shipping and packaging

Bearings are fine but the way they packed them was terrible. I ordered 8 online and found only 5 when I opened the box. Reorder the missing 3, waited a week, went back to the store only to find that they shipped only 1. Reordered the missing 2 and finally received the 8. My local store was helpful but the warehouse they shipped from needs major attention.
