The Barenbrug 1 lb. Premium Chicks Forage Grass Seed Mix will grow a gourmet feast for your chickens. Some of the ingredients in this mix have been shown to increase the level of omega-3 in eggs. This mixture can also be used for grazing other backyard game birds, goats and sheep. It requires full sun to part shade to grow. It germinates in 7-days to 14-days.

I just would like to make a recommendation. Please list what strains of seed are in the various brands/mixes of seed. I have a variety of animals I need to know the specific strains. Not all grass/legumes are created equal as you well know. And the endophyte status would be helpful as well. Thank you

Bought this bag and followed the directions for in ground planting. It's been almost 4 weeks and still nothing to show for. Now I have half of my run with grass and the other half bare ground.
