[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, the 5243 Back Pack Trauma bag was everything I had hoped it would be. Then I started packing it with supplies. Being an EMT on a Emergency Response/Confined Space rescue team, the amount of supplies we carry can vary. After breaking our current bag down to just the essentials the Back Pack Trauma bag fell short in its carrying capacity. It needs to be at least 1/3 bigger with more pckets on the outside and more pockets on the inside. If the bag would open completely to a 90 degree position would be a great help too. I found that I had to always take everything out of the inside before I could reach the item I needed. Would work great for a first responder that didn't need to carry a huge assortment of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is an absolute must... It's extremely versatile and light weight. I use it on my squad, on the sidelines of my son's football games, and at work.
