[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received both the backpack version of this bag and the full-sized bag. To start off with this bag is used DAILY and on a heavy basis in busy rural 911 system in almost all weather conditions. I will list 3 pros and 3 cons of this bag. PRO1. Durability. This bag is durable without a doubt. I have stated above this bag has been used heavy and I have had hardly no wear and tear on the bag. I would say that heavy use is not the weakness of this bag however the weakness is water damage. This bag will take light to moderate use in the rain but is not meant to be submerged or left out in the rain. The bottom of the bag will keep water out but the top of the bag and the sides let some water in. It isn’t much but enough to get supplies soaked and useable. Overall, I would suggest this bag for anyone that plans to use this bag in an environment that isn’t heavy with rain or water. I give durability a 3.5/5 2. Size. This bag will hold an entire ambulance…. Literally… I have stocked this bag with small amounts of everything that we use in the ambulance including an IV kit, saline and a drug pouch. It held everything perfectly. It was a little cramped but it held everything fine. Overall, this bag gets a 5/5 in size.3. I am a huge fan of the color scheme of these bags. They are PERFECT for emergency medical services. The high visibility colors along with the multiple reflective strips make this bag easier to find while on scene during dark conditions along with providing an extra layer of safety by having the reflective material. Overall, 5/5 on color and style. CONS1. Compartments. This bag is BIG however, it does not offer vary many options as far as “organization”. This bag provides the standard blocks style walls that are provided with most large bags. As I have said before I get the feeling that it forces you to purchase the organizer bags that the site offers. For the price of the bag it seems that ONE organizer could be included. Over on the organization of the bag 3/52. Portability. This bag is strong but it is shockingly heavy just by itself. With everything filled this bag is not made to be toted around or used on hikes. This bag is perfect for being a station bag or being left at a base and used for advanced equipment. Overall on the fact that it isn’t as portable as claimed. 4/53. Zippers: I am not sure if it was a flaw on my bag or if it is a design flaw with the bag but the zippers on my bag were not as forgivable as with the backpack. They are constantly getting hung and little flares of fling were left getting them caught. Overall 2.5/5 Overall this bag is worth the purchase for anyone looking for a nice storage and supply bag to kept on a vehicle or at a triage, or base location.
