[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they should work. The weather is cold here. It would have been great is bolts were provided with the washers. The bolts are so rusted out I’m going to cut them off and then go to Menards to get them that should be there.
I think it should be a no brainer on this because it always going to not usable.
