Great hoses for the 1 year they will last

I wanted to like these hoses. In fact, I wanted to love them. The idea is fantastic and while they work, they are some of the best hoses I have ever had. BUT, they fall apart at the over time. I take care of my stuff too, so it's really disappointing to have a product that I had such high hopes for fail repeatedly. I bought 3 of these on a deal and all 3 have fallen to the same fate about 1 year after purchase.

Durability issues

I have purchased 3 of these hoses and while I have had no problems with the first one (an orange hose) I then ordered two black hose. Within 3 weeks of receiving these one them began leaking at the male coupling and then outside black sheath pulled loose from the male end and retracted back up the hose. about 3 feet. I called and the customer service was very polite and agreed to send me a replacement hose, which I received within a week. However that hose along with the other original hose both developed the same problem as the other black hose after just a few uses. The original hose then blew the entire male end coupling off the hose. While I like the light weight of these hoses this appears to be a quality control issue and manufacturing issue where they are not designed to hold up to being used multiple times a week. I will try with Customer service again and perhaps save the hose for a light duty application.

Great concept but it leaks

I was so happy to have this hose because it is lightweight and it seems to be more durable than the previous ones that we had. It worked for about a week in our shop and we only use it to connect to our swamp fan. The next week we used it, it leaks. The orange part of the hose was literally separated from the hardware that connects to the faucet. Great concept but the connection between the metal hardware and the orange hose needs to be more sturdier. The quality of the hose is excellent but the metal hardware but it leaks.

Useful hose

This hose is much easier to handle than the traditional kind I’m used to. It’s lightweight and a breeze to roll up with no kinks. I can also easily move the hose around as I need to due to the long length.
