The American Ground Screw Model 2 Post and Ground Pole Anchor is perfect for DIY projects of all varieties. The post anchor creates a secure connection to keep any poles stable in ground where concrete is not an option. The versatile design of the pole anchor is compatible with a large variety of pole thicknesses and types.

Post lighting receivers

I like the idea of being able to have an in ground receiver to place poles in and out when I need the lighting, then be able to mow grass without taking them out.
However, it it very difficult to install them vertically so your post do not lean. The plastic bushings are nice but don't you know I picked a size post that didn't match the bushing selection. The plastic bushings are not sturdy enough for my application so I'm trying to figure out another way to secure my conduit posts. Also, the plastis caps do not fit securely. I'm worried the lawn mower might suck them up.
