Mailbox post mount

This was priced as a good value. It is very nice with good galavanizing. Because of the rocky road base at my location , i was a bit skeptical about getting this screwed into the ground for a mailbox post. I drilled a pilot hole with a wood auger bit, then widened that with spud bar. The rebar provided as lever to screw the anchor in was helpful, but I needed more leverage, so used about 40” length of 5/8” rod i had on hand.to finish screwing it down to grade. Literally completed installation in about 10 minutes. It was surprisingly quick, and torqued up real tight. It made an excellent support for a 4x4 post & mailbox. Thanks for this item. This would have been a tough hole to dig out manually with post-hole digger.
