Q: At what humidity level does the device stop working properly, because I’ve placed one of these into my ball pythons enclosure to monitor it’s humidity levels and had the screen go blank until I’ve removed it for a few hours.

Not very accurate.

Bought two of these today. Just inserted batteries and let the settle in for 30 minutes. Not very accurate. Would not recommend buying the again.

Humidity reading is low, Temperature is accurate

Temperature is correct, but the Humidity reads 10 percentage points low.

We apologize that your unit is reading inaccurately, but we would be happy to assist! First, please make sure that you are using a fresh battery. Remove the battery for a full five minutes to allow the unit to power down completely before replacing it. Please allow the unit at least 20 minutes to adjust to its surroundings before comparing readings.
