I have a senior FIV positive cat with digestive issues. This is the only brand of food that I can feed him that does not result in diarrhea.

I have a 7 year old male tabby cat. He had an issue with a urinary blockage, vet said to change his dry food to urinary care food for cats. I had heard of this but never experienced it with a cat. It was terrible, he whined a lot and that's when I realized I could not manage it alone, so that's our 1st trip to the vet's office. He was blocked, they had to unblock him, instant relief. I had to give him meds that cleared it up. Went to TS for a better selection. He digested it just fine, he had trouble keeping the cheaper down, from a different store. I read the pkg. at the store and sounded like it was what I needed. Usually, I had to change brands often, but he's been on this for 7 mos. and not a problem. It's not expensive and I don't waste money trying to find something he likes. His coat was what I noticed first. His fur was very course, not soft, now his fur has a softer feel and he's doing great. Matt is strictly an inside cat, so he gets what main shots he needs and that's all he gets. He's doing great, healthy and even loves more attention, now. Maybe he really needed that food.
