Misleading Purchase and Nightmare Return Process

Purchased 30 mats (almost 3,000lbs of rubber) after calling the store to confirm mat surface type beforehand. They then delivered the wrong mats, and the delivery was also dropped off at 8:30pm the same day as ordering, two days prior to expected date, when no one could see it was the wrong mat type. The mats then sat in the driveway for almost a week, calling every day and speaking with customer service for the mats to be picked up. Then once the mats were finally picked up it took almost a week longer to get the full refund after they argued the return, then shipping. Their logistics and delivery, and the lack of ethics of not providing the pictured mats, even after calling in advance, was very disappointing. I simultaneously had the same issue with another mat type when the in store rep ordered the wrong type. Tried to cancel immediately in store and they said it’s not possible without calling customer service. Same issue, taking almost two weeks of calling daily and arguing for the full refund. Definitely don’t recommend based on how they handled the two situations.
