Worst delivery I have ever experienced

Worst delivery! The delivery driver could not figure out how to get the mats off the truck. He wanted to just push them off the truck and leave them in the middle of the road. I had to bring my truck down the driveway, unload 13 mats individually with my wife while the driver just watched us. If I wanted to load up my truck and then unload my truck myself I would of just went to the store myself to pick up the mats. Very upset with the poor customer service and delivery driver. I would like my delivery fee reimbursed to me.

They were delivered on a pallet and are very thick and heavy. They are absolutely amazing they sent two and I plan in putting them in my workshop once the remodel is done and my floor is installed. Would definitely recommend these mats.

No response from Customer Service - recived damage

I received my ordered mats, but one was severely damaged. I called & emailed, submitted a claim to the trucking company but have never received even a return email. I still have not gotten a replacement, a credit nothing. I'm stuck with a very expensive, unusable mat.

Although the mat is heavy interlocking the 2 pieces and setting it up in my home gym was a breeze! It’s very thick, feels like it will last a long time and is the perfect addition to my workout space!
