horrible return experience, false advertising

okay, so first off, your photo picture is what I was expecting to receive as I was interested in keeping my wooden floors ventilated. Second, how are you going to delay my pick up return two weeks by now, not provide anything helpful other than "the delivery carrier service will contact you?" I have left roughly about 4 customer support needs with an email response and not once have you ever responded. I am left with a horse stall mat baked under the sun for 2 weeks, no refund processed or credited back, and worst of all, an extremely disappointing customer service experience where I have to wait a hour to get a hold of one of your agents constantly. I will be submitting a claim to receive my refund for this. This is ridiculous and it should never get to this degree to have a return picked up.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I drove out to the local Tractor Supply to pick up 8 of these for my home gym. Apparently they are different than the ones online and stank so bad, we drove 2 miles and turned around and returned them! The smell coming off of them was so bad!
