Just love this! Have used it a lot already and wonder what I'd ever do without it. I'm a woman and really enjoyed putting this together in about 2.5 hours. All the pieces were well marked as well as nuts, bolts, pins, etc. and nothing was missing! YAY! The instructions were easy to follow.

I put half the weight it can hold and it blew out 2 sets of wheel bearings. Took the company almost 1 year to send me a new set up. Metel beam is very thin metel. It bent when the bearings blew out

I recieved the trailer damaged, dented and scratched up I was able to straighten it enough to put it together and overall I am rather dissapointed about how flimsy it is also i will not make the mistake of ordering online from TS again in the future if I can't see it in the store to judge the quality I will not buy it. Incidently I attempted to place my order online from home on the TS website and was not able to I actually had to purchase it from the Kiosk in the store and do have plenty of experience purchasing online I was a purchasing agent/manager / director /VP for 40 years.

Returned without even getting it assembled because the frame was badly bent in two places. Not sure how that happened, but it was packed in the box like it came direct from the factory. Very disappointed in the quality.
