The Legacy Boot has become a symbol of belonging - an icon of hard work and constant doing. The Legacy Boot is 100% waterproof, made with our signature triple dipping technique which creates a seamless barrier that is highly resistant to many organic and inorganic acids, chemicals and contaminants. Our latex neoprene is ozone resistant, and is softer, lighter and far more pliable than ordinary rubber. Cushioned insoles with arch support help fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back. This boot features a non-marking slip-resistant Chevron outsole that provides unparalleled traction in the most extreme conditions.

- A: What you are seeing with the finish being marred by the polybag has to do with our manufacturing process with dipped neoprene product. In the last stage of the process, the boots go through a salt-water bath to rinse the boots and are then dried as best as they can. However, when this is happening in higher humidity conditions, which can occur year round, the “oily feel” will stay with the boots even if they are wiped down at the factory prior to packing in the polybags. After packing and transit across the ocean, the bag will slightly mar the finish of the boot. When the product is pulled out of the bag you can see the transfer from the polybag and the slight issues with the boot surface finish. This will not affect the performance of the boot and will eventually disappear with wear. A mild soap should be okay to use. You want to stay away from using soaps and cleaners with harsh chemicals and detergents. We recommend to just clean and scrub boots with warm water. Let them naturally dry, do not dry or store them in direct sunlight or a heat source. You can also look to use a rubber boot specific cleaner and protective spray.a year ago

These are really good boots. They are excellent for wet floors—they don't slip—and come with a fantastic insole that lets you work all day without tiring out your feet. I recommend them for heavy-duty work.
