Wrangler x Lainey Wilson Embroidered Utility Jacket

UPS delivered to TS, Oakdale, CA. An employee's name was listed on the UPS webpage as the intake person, but when I called to ask if they could extend my pickup window, the employee I spoke to was confused, saying it was never delivered. I gave her the information from the UPS webpage: delivery date, July 31st, the time, and the name of the employee who received my package. I also asked if there was a person with that name working at this TS. She said yes. I said, "Where is my order if this person received the package?" She told me to call back and she would look into what happened. When I called back an hour later, I was told by another employee that his manager was trying to reorder my top. SMH?! I reordered my top from a different retailer, County Outfitters. (:
