Hardwood heating pellets & you never go back.

Hardwood is the only way to go for our household when it comes to burning pellets we’ve had trouble with soft wood pellets over and over and over I will not buy anything but hardwood pellets again, preferably from tractor supply.

These pellets burn fine in our stove. They seem as good as any premium hardwood pellets that we've used. The employees need trained better about the products (they thought they were softwood pellets) and in customer relations (one tried to tell me that I ordered "pellets" and not hardwood pellets, she disappeared quickly). Thank you.

Quality diminished of product

Everything was normal w/service and cost but the quality of the pellets was serious diminished. Don’t know if the pellets had a high moisture content or if they were of a lesser grade of wood….?
i used them regardless, because the supply in all locations that i searched was nearly depleted, likely because of a pending snow storm/extreme low temperatures…
