"Extra Wide"?

Great pair of boots. My only grievance is that their definition of extra wide seems to be the width of a standard boot. I've never had a pair for extra wide boots that are so tight.

My husband has had several pairs of these boots and typically loves them. On our past purchase, the leather was cut irregularly causing the leather over the top of the foot to visibly be smaller. He could not get his foot into one boot. We did return them, but will be ordering a new pair in hopes just this one pair were messed up!
