These boots are not completely waterproof ; I had to return them and purchase a new pair. I do like the style of the boot ! The refund process was extensive and semi difficult due to representatives misinforming me about the return process and it being actually completed.

Well, I used to love these boots. Kept them in weatherproof box in truck for the occasional need for an extra pair of work / site boots. Less than a year, with only about 15-20 total “wears”, both soles literally came off - almost at the exact same day. Tried to send warranty request to the support@ridgecut… as directed by the store (Indian Land, SC) but, don’t bother - email doesn’t work. Even from their own website. Don’t bother taking them back to the store - they won’t do anything - or - even try to do anything. Another pair sitting 20’ from register and they would not even suggest an exchange. Boots were in very good shape, very little wearing, just bad “glue” I guess. And yes, after no response from TSC support, no help at the store, and no good manufacturer email, I did try and re-glue them after shoe shop said it would be 60.00 to repair. It was a disaster. Don’t buy Ridgecut Boots - spend an extra 20.00-30.00 and get a better name brand - learned my lesson. And, for that matter, maybe buy somewhere else, TSC wasn’t helpful at all. For a $115 pair of boots I expected more. Also, expected more from TSC! I have PICTs I wish I could upload to let you judge for yourself.

Less than 2 seasons & they are soaking my feet. Not worth the price.

These boots will always be my go-to. These are my 3 pair and every time they lasted me 1 year and 4 months . Great quality, great look, great fit , very comfortable, light weight, and customer service is always great
