Wholesome dog food

I ordered my dog food on May 21st so it would be here by 2pm today and guess what? I still do not have my order. It says it's still being prepared. This has never happened before my dogs are out of their food and I have been on the phone on hold for more than an hour. What is going on? I can't refund it online cause it won't let me. Then I was also supposed to get free delivery. I was going to reorder it but now it's after 2pm and you guys already took my free delivery for the first order. I'm not paying a delivery charge cause you guys can't answer the phone
