Not good design for actual horse use

Maybe good for hanging a hammock, but not for my pony, the straight shank and complete circle buckle does not sit well on pony and digs into his sides.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It is both strong and attractive. I used it to hang my hammock chair from a tree and it was the perfect solution. Doesn't damage the tree at all.
