- A: The Weathermaster Canvas tarps are not made from Fire Retardant material and would not be recommended to use around a heater vent. We do offer Fire Retardant Canvas as a custom made product and can be purchased through any Tractor Supply store.6 years agoHelpful?

- A: Our Canvas tarps are treated with parifin wax, wax oil and pigment color which creates a barrier on the surface of the tarp for water repelancy. The material is 100% cotton duck which is breathable therefore cannot be listed as waterproof. Due to the nature of the treatment, cover can stain or bleed onto items being covered.8 years agoHelpful?
