- A: Hi, Lithium Battery Replacement, Removal and Disposal Lithium-Ion Battery Replacement For battery replacement the entire, intact trimmer should be sent to: Wahl Customer Services (the address can be found on the top of this booklet) or taken to a suitably qualified professional. The battery should only be replaced by the original manufacturers spare, for safety reasons a substitute should not be used. Do not attempt to remove the battery. Lithium-Ion batteries can explode, catch fire, and/or cause burns if disassembled, damaged, or exposed to water or high temperatures. Lithium Battery Disposal Do not dispose of this product or the Lithium battery in the normal household waste The product should be returned to Wahl Customer Services where we offer a take back service or taken to a local collection facility where they will be dealt with safely and sent for the appropriate recycling. Very disappointed. We have two doodles and with the virus are unable to get them groomed. I watched many how to use this clipper and how to groom for many days before ordering and using the clippers. I got half way through one dog and the clippers started to pull the hair out instead of clipping. I cleaned them and recharged the clippers. Same thing. Tore the hair out- not clipped. The battery lasts a long time. The clippers are not worth the money. I have contacted Wahl, but have not heard back.

Used these on my Egyptian Arabian horses. Didn’t get super hot, easy to clean, lightweight, not loud, horses were relaxed and enjoyed their trimming session

Worst Clippers I’ve ever purchased

Thought these would work well on my golden doodles, but they quit cutting half way through trying to trim her. Even used the guards. I wish that they would’ve have been able to replace the clippers I had with the extended warranty I purchased. The manager told me they couldn’t order them and wouldn’t be able to replace them. Now back to square one😒
